East Meets West Yoga welcomes Lauren Walker back, the creator of Energy Medicine Yoga to teach us how to offer something special to our students. Come share in 4 days of practicing and learning this beautiful union of energy and yoga.
Pre-reqs: Completion of Level I EMY course and 200 hour yoga teacher training or equivalent.Register Now
Level 2 brings your knowledge and understanding of EMYoga to a deeper level. You’ll gain another layer of understanding of some of the concepts and techniques you’re already familiar with. You’ll also learn new content and ways to bring this into current classes and practice. Once again, you’ll get a chance to focus on clearing your own personal issues, continuing the theme of self-work and transformation, so that you have a clearer level of awareness from which to teach.
